Founder Identity: Nominees must be Singapore-based, female-identifying founders or co-founders.

Business Stage: The awards are for early-stage businesses, typically within the first five years of operation.

Impact: Nominees must demonstrate a clear and positive impact in their respective fields, whether social, environmental, technological, or cultural.

Leadership: We are looking for founders who lead with integrity, resilience, and a clear sense of purpose.
